Course Description: This course examines the sophistication, demands, and complexities of land brokerage including land use rights, public land survey system, land uses, disclosures, water rights, and mineral rights. Individuals desiring to operate within the bounds of the National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics should consider this course necessary prior to engaging in the practice of selling land.
